“I knew I had a problem when I could no longer fit any clothes into my bedroom wardrobe and I didn’t wear at least half of the existing clothes that were in it. Also my two overspill wardrobes had run out of space. Sorting my wardrobe was going to be a big job, so I kept putting it off until I heard about The Wardrobe Whisperer! Emma’s service is a joy. She systematically went through my wardrobe, pulling out clothes I’d forgotten I owned. She gently guided me through styles and colours that worked for me, which made the ‘chuck out’ decisions so much easier. Not that any item does get binned - a huge positive for The Wardrobe Whisperer is that Emma bags and takes away any unwanted clothes and takes them straight to a charity shop. If there is a particular charity you support, Emma will endeavour to take the bags there. In my case, a combination of The Salvation Army and The Mountbatten Hospice receievd 7 full bin liners of clothes! Emma has such a good intuitive eye for seeing which clothes and colours are the most flattering on you and she passes no judgement on any mistakes (though she did raise an eyebrow when she saw the quantity of shoes I’d emptied out onto the floor)! She even managed to smile when I confessed to my two overspill wardrobes! My wardrobe makeover took most of the day but Emma is such lovely, friendly company, she made a job I was dreading turn out to be really fun. And now that there is ample space in my wardrobe, Emma and I are planning a shopping trip to buy clothes that I will enjoy wearing and that actually suit me!
